Safe production even with a wide grain size spectrum

Nowadays, the solid-liquid separation by centrifuge dryers is common practice. For products characterized by a broad particle size spectrum with a high share of fine grits common centrifugal systems fail. With a newly developped production sequence the FIMA TZT masters safely and reliably such difficulties. I.e. that the drying gas will be shot through the filter media and product cake from the outside and hence creates counter impulses. By this the cake will be kept fluffily during all process steps – an efficient product handling is possible again. The product cake will be kept stationary (picture) due to the centrifugal forces.
