In November 2007, FIMA service received a letter of appreciation from their customer Ferro Gilan Complex in Teheran/Iran.

In Iran’s biggest steel mill, a hydrochloride acid vapour-blower of the Acid Regeneration Plant (ARP) was overhauled in conjunction with the customer’s service team.

They worked in two shifts day and night so that the plant could start production again as soon as possible.

Afterwards Mr. Gerd Schönherr conducted an operator/maintenance training in which many questions were answered.

Although the on site service was conducted due to a complaint of a customer, the plant management commended the fast and competent service of FIMA. They explained that they consider FIMA to be a very capable and reliable blower manufacturer.

Mr. Gerd Schönherr received a letter of appreciation for this reason.
